General description

Initiated by the Solar-Terrestrial Environment Laboratory, University of Nagoya, Japan a new global network was built for the identification and the study of high-energy neutrons produced in extremely energetic eruptions at the Sun.
Detector: 4 scintillators (1m x 1m x 0.4m), 64 proportional counters (veto counters)
